Please note: As a designated Regional Tuberculosis Training and Medical Consultation Center (RTMCC) for the Southeastern region of the United States, we are obligated to prioritize healthcare professionals from within the Southeastern region for our courses, workshops and fellowship opportunities.

A Mini-Fellowship offers individualized training from SNTC's TB experts in a variety of settings. Topics include many aspects of TB prevention and control. All sessions include intensive, supervised clinical and/or field experience. Training is tailored for each participant, based on the participant's previous experience, background and time available.
Training sites are selected to best meet the participant's needs.
To apply for a mini-fellowship, complete the application and send it to SNTC.
Each application is reviewed to determine the appropriateness of the fellowship opportunity, assess need, and match mentors and sites to the participant.
SNTC works directly with the selected participant to recommend travel and local hotel accommodations. Some sleeping accommodations are available onsite at no charge.
There is no fee for a mini-fellowship. Travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.

The Southeastern National Tuberculosis Center is designated as a Regional Tuberculosis Training and Medical
Consultation Center (RTMCC) via a funded cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Our RTMCC serves the Southeast U.S. region which consists of thirteen jurisdictions:
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The Center welcomes inquiries from our Southeast region constituents regarding training, educational products, technical assistance, and medical consultation.
